Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SellStock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
License
SellStock grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal or commercial business purposes in accordance with these terms. This is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to the app and all future updates.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the application; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the application; (c) remove any copyright notices; (d) use the application for any illegal purpose; (e) share your purchase with others or distribute the app.
Data Ownership
You own all data you create in SellStock. Your inventory, products, customers, sales history, and reports belong entirely to you. We have no access to your data and cannot retrieve it if lost.
Backup Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend enabling iCloud sync to automatically back up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.
Intellectual Property
SellStock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SellStock is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on data in the app.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of SellStock, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Termination
Your license to use SellStock continues indefinitely as long as you comply with these terms. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
